Paragliding Site

Krusevo is considered to have one of the best sites for paragliding in the world. The take-off from Meckin Kamen this year welcomes dozens international competitions in paragliding and gliding.

The take-off point is positioned on over 1 400 meters above sea level but the reason why it is considered the best place for these sports is its good and safe terrain and the fact that the landing points are close to the regional roads that lead to Krusevo.

Further on, the Municipality of Krusevo invests a lot in the adventure tourism where the central part is taken by paragliding. Several projects put the paragliding site in the focus and the expected results are for Krusevo to become one of the 10 top destinations for paragliding and gliding.

However, the place Meckin Kamen, which is in the vicinity of the take-off, is used by the citizens and tourists for summer picnic and the road to this point for walking and mountain biking. The surrounding forest offers adrenaline, clean air and fruitful vegetation
